Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, packages, or offers unless expressly authorized by Kindred Aesthetic.

• $35 per month, billed automatically
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• A valid payment method must be maintained on file at all times
• Kindred Aesthetic may offer additional membership options, tiers, or plans in the future, each with its own pricing and terms

• Requires an initial 12-month commitment beginning on the enrollment date
• Member is financially responsible for the full initial term regardless of usage
• Early cancellation prior to completion of the initial term requires payment of 50% of the remaining contract balance, up to a maximum of $210
• All early cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
• Membership benefits cease immediately upon early termination

• Automatically renews month-to-month following completion of the initial 12-month term
• To prevent renewal, written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to the renewal date

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, or sold
• Kindred Aesthetic reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or offerings
• Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any specific treatment
• All aesthetic treatments are elective; individual results may vary
